The <\/span>South Texas Health System\u00ae Neurosciences & Stroke Institute <\/b>invites you to take part in our Steps for Stroke Challenge.<\/p>\n

Simply walk, run or even dance your way to a minimum of 10,000 steps per day or 50,000 steps for the week.<\/p>\n

Log your steps on our official challenge website and see where you rank!<\/p>\n

Kick things off on May 15 at the official Steps for Stroke Pep Rally<\/b>, where you can pick up your packet and start upping your steps with fun activities!<\/p>\n
